    • OC Air Show says:

Hi Ann, VIP parking passes have been issued and should have arrived early this week, so please call our box office at 877-722-2927 to let them know that you need it to be resent.

      • Ann Folcomer says:

They said it would be emailed at the end of the day yesterday and to check my email this morning. Still not there. I have replied to them again to resend. Hopefully we’ll have today or tomorrow.

  3. Margaret says:

My parking pass states “South Convention Center Parking Lot” Do have to park on this lot or is there somewhere closer to the VIP seating? Also, is there a shuttle to the VIP sections if we park on the Convention Center lot?

    • OC Air Show says:

Hey Margaret, yes, you do need to park there, but there will be shuttle services running for our VIP parking guests from the Convention Center lot down to 17th Street.

  4. Don says:

Hello, I just got my parking pass via email and it looks like the parking space (Convention Center) is more than 24 blocks away (1.7 miles) from the Flight Line club entrance, is this correct? If so, will there be shuttles running and how often do they run? Thank you!

    • OC Air Show says:

Hey Don, yes, there will be shuttle services running every 10 minutes or closer for our VIP parking guests from the Convention Center lot down to 17th Street.

  5. Beth says:

We are about 8 days away? Have parking passes been sent and where do they get sent to? Email or house address?

    • OC Air Show says:

Hi Beth, the VIP parking passes will be emailed out in the next few days to the email address with which you purchased the ticket.

      • Chuck bieber says:

Hi. I have received my parking pass. It says it is in the S. Convention Center parking lot. That’s roughly 40th St How do we get from there to 16th St.? Will there be transportation provided?

        • OC Air Show says:

Hey Chuck, yes, there will be shuttle services running for our VIP parking guests from the Convention Center lot down to 17th Street.

    • OC Air Show says:

Hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, veggie burgers, and side items with snacks. Plus water, soft drinks and draft beer.

    • OC Air Show says:

Hi Fred, there are ramps down onto the Flight Line Club and Drop Zone beach areas, but we do forewarn guests that both of these areas are beach and therefore consist of sand, so we recommend giving yourself extra time to navigate if you need it. We also offer a couple additional options for guests who are not looking to move through the sand, including our Skybox and Penthouse tickets which are located across from the show at hotels along the boardwalk.

    • OC Air Show says:

The parking passes will be emailed to our VIP guests about 3 weeks before the event. Stay tuned!

  6. Lorraine Flather says:

Are there any parking and/or accommodations for handicapped guests. My husband and I would like to get the VIP tickets, but I’m concerned about getting seats for lunch as well as lunch itself. The “first come first served” aspect worries me in that I wonder if people who are served lunch stay seated at the tent covered tables rather than get up so others can sit and get lunch. We are 83 & 81 years old. Are there any golf cart rides from the VIP parking to the VIP seating?

    • OC Air Show says:

Hi Lorraine, thanks for reaching out! So VIP guests will receive a parking pass that is near to the beach area along the side streets. VIP parking is not one lot, but rather a series of spots along the streets near to the show site, which will only be a short distance away along the boardwalk. Unfortunately, we cannot control whether people sit and stay under the tent versus going out to sit on the beach chairs, but we have a very large tent to accommodate the majority of our guests. We do forewarn guests, however, that all of the VIP area is on the beach and therefore on the sand, so you will want to plan accordingly. You might also consider doing something like the VIP Skybox seats: these are at a hotel right across from the beach, and includes open and shaded seating along with food service, but is not out on the beach. The hotel has an elevator to take you up to the Skybox. It’s a good option for guests who may struggle with the heat or the sand.

  7. DANA FELTON says:

Are there a limited number of VIP tickets available to ensure that each person in the area has a seat available?

    • OC Air Show says:

Yes, we do limit the number of VIP tickets; however, there is not a guarantee that every guest will receive a beach chair – you can bring your own.

  8. DANA FELTON says:

I saw quite a few comments from previous years about the food and drink running out in the VIP area within the first hour or two. Have they made improvements to ensure this does not happen this year?

    • OC Air Show says:

Yes, we have put additional aspects in place to improve upon the flow of the food and drink – however, we do remind everyone to have patience, as we are serving a sizable number of guests!

  9. Tammy Harman says:

I purchased 8 tickets. I cant find an email with the tickets. How do I get my tickets.

    Tammy Harman

    • OC Air Show says:

Hi Tammy, first of all, check your email spam folder, and if it is not located there, please call our box office at 877-722-2927 and they’d be happy to send you another email.

    • OC Air Show says:

The show is rain or shine! Should one entire day get rained out, tickets will be honored on the other day or the next year’s show or alternative date.

    • OC Air Show says:

There is currently an across-the-board discount for all guests who purchase online. There are no additional discounts.

  10. Patrick says:

The picture shows covered and uncovered seating. How does seating within the Flight Club designated area work? First come first served? Are tables and chairs provided under the tent? Are umbrellas BYO?

    • OC Air Show says:

There is a big tent for when guests eat food, but otherwise there are seats and some limited umbrella seating out on the beach, which is the best view of the show. You can bring your own umbrella if you like, but otherwise it’s first-come, first-serve.

  11. Zanita Barber says:

I purchased 3 tickets for Flight Line but I didn’t get the parking pass…will that be mailed?
